The Delhi High Court froze the assets of the late businessman Sunjay Kapur on Thursday (April 30, 2026), in the midst of an ongoing inheritance dispute over his estate, between his widow Priya Kapur, his children with his former wife Karisma Kapoor, and his mother Rani Kapur.
Justice Jyoti Singh passed the interim order while hearing a plea by Ms. Kapoor’s two children, who have challenged the purported last will of their late father and sought the protection of the estate pending adjudication of the suit.
