Existentialism with all its whys and wherefores has dogged mankind across civilisations. Beneath the Turning Sky, recently unveiled by the Museum of Art and Photography (MAP) documents attempts by human beings to unravel the mysteries of the universe.
Curators of this exhibition, Khushi Bansal and Priya Chauhan, say it was conceptualised following the pandemic when almost everyone was grappling with notions of identity and purpose. The exhibition traces humanity’s continued search for meaning, “our attempts to understand the cosmos and explores how our choices shape the earth, our communities, and the lives we share.”
