Residents federation withdraws poll boycott in Tiruchi

The Trichy-Palpannai-Thuvakudi Service Road Meetpu Kootamaippu has withdrawn its call for an election boycott in protest against the ‘continued neglect’ of their demand for service lanes between Palpannai and Thavakudi along the highway.

The federation announced the decision after tripartite talks convened by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchi.
