Drugmaker MSN Laboratories has launched its generic version of semaglutide under Semabest brand in the Indian market.
Priced nearly 50% lower than the innovator drug, the product thus is bound to improve affordability and access for patients. Semabest available as a pre-filled pen for subcutaneous administration, the company said announcing the launch following Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) approval.
