Kotak Mahindra Bank Q4 PAT rises 13% to ₹4,027 crore
Kotak Mahindra Bank for the fourth quarter ended March 30, 2026 (Q4FY26) reported 13% Year on Year (YoY) growth in standalone net profit at ₹ 4,027 crore.
The Board has recommended dividend of ₹ 0.65 per equity share having face value of ₹ 1. For the FY26 net profit at ₹ 14,008 crore, grew 2% YoY (excluding gain on ZKGI divestment).
