Wildlife trophy declaration notification: Kerala HC tells govt. to file affidavit

The State government shall file an affidavit on a petition challenging its notification regarding the declaration of wildlife trophy and animal articles in possession of individuals, the Kerala High Court has directed.

A Division Bench of the court consisting of Chief Justice Soumen Sen and Justice V.M. Syam Kumar issued the directive on a petition filed by James Mathew of Pathanamthitta.
