‘Euphoria’ season 3 trailer 2: Zendaya and Sydney Sweeney come back for a twisted, violent finale

The second trailer of Zendaya and Sydney Sweeney’s Euphoria season 3 was unveiled by the makers on March 30. The show is created by Sam Levinson and also stars Alexa Demie, Chloe Cherry, Maude Apatow, Sharon Stone, Rosalía, Natasha Lyonne, Danielle Deadwyler and Marshawn Lynch in pivotal roles.

The third and final season takes place five years after the story ended last time. The trailer opens with Rue (Zendaya) getting questioned by the DEA for a drug bust. After running away from her home, Rue is living in Mexico and paying away her debt to drug dealer Laurie. Cassie’s (Sydney) marriage to Nate (Jacob) has new twists waiting around the corner as Maddy steps in to help her with her adult content creation. The new season looks and feels different from the earlier seasons, with the characters all grown up, carrying the burdens of their past. The trailer ends with Rue saying, “In the end, no matter who you are or what you want, we all answer to God.”

The new season will see Hans Zimmer join as the music composer. It is set to be released on HBO and HBO Max on April 12,

The first season of the show aired in 2019 followed by the second season in 2022.
