Assembly elections LIVE: As Kerala enters the final six-day sprint, Opposition ropes in star campaigners
Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Kharagpur Sadar Assembly constituency, Dilip Ghosh, on Friday (April 3, 2026) stressed that the BJP will resolve all the pertaining issues in the state after coming to power.
While attending a ‘Cha Pe Charcha’ program in Ward No. 21 of the Kharagpur city and interacting with traders and residents in the Golbazar area ahead of the West Bengal Assembly elections, he said that there are a lot of issues in the market area, which will be promptly resolved by the BJP after it gains power in West Bengal.
“I visit here often, and these people have a lot of problems. The TMC party does nothing. The municipality doesn’t do anything; there is a problem of drainage as well. When the BJP comes to power, all these problems will be resolved… The TMC only fights; that’s their politics. They don’t work. If you fight, fight for development, but they don’t do that,” he said.
