Amid gas supply constraints, Petroleum Minister Hardeep Puri to visit Qatar on April 9, 10

Amidst the escalating tensions in West Asia and its impact on fuel supplies globally, Union Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri would be heading to Qatar on an official visit between April 9 and 10.

Doha has been amongst India’s largest suppliers of natural gas. However, amidst the escalating tensions, Iran attacked facilities of QatarEnergy, which is amongst the largest suppliers of natural gas globally.
