All set for polling for Davangere South, Bagalkot byelections on April 9

The stage is set for polling for the byelections to Davangere South and Bagalkot Assembly constituencies on Thursday.
The bypolls were necessitated by the demise of two former Ministers H.Y. Meti and Shamanur Shivashankarappa, both of the Congress.
