Martina Devi bags gold – The Hindu

Martina Devi aggregated 249kg to claim the women’s +86kg elite and junior titles at the National weightlifting championships in Modinagar on Friday.

The results (winners only): Women: 86kg: Elite: Vanshita Verma (RSPB) snatch 98kg, clean and jerk 125kg, total 223kg; Junior (86kg) and Youth (+77kg): Vaishnavi (Har) 92kg, 112kg, 204kg; +86kg: Elite and Junior: Martina Devi 109kg, 140kg, 249kg.
